Der Baustoffkonzern XELLA (z.B. Marke YTONG) hatte seine bayrischen Kunden für eine Fachtagung ins BMW Forum nach München geladen. Am Abschluss stand für 1.5 Stunden die Frage, wie Bauleute mehr Freude und Erfolg in Ihrem Beruf haben können. Wie sieht die unternehmerische Perspektive für die meisten Eigentümer-geführten Baufirmen aus? Viele stehen innerhalb der eigenen Familie vor dem Übergang in die 3. Generation.
Baukultur staatlich negativ vorgeprägt – „cage fighting“
Der Käfig ist die staatliche Ordnung des Bauwesens. Er sorgt für Leute, die auf der Baustelle rücksichtslos ums Überleben kämpfen.
Resümee nach 1.5 Stunden
Um Bauen wirtschaftlich und beruflich wertvoller zu machen, muss der staatliche Ordnungsrahmen des deutschen Bauwesens reformiert werden. Das geht nur, wenn die regierenden Politiker auf ihr Privileg verzichten, Bauprojekte ohne klares, stabiles Bausoll und ohne sinnvolles Budget einfach ins Blaue hinein starten zu können. Politiker müssen wirksam vom bewussten Verpfuschen und Missbrauchen von Bauprojekten abgehalten werden.
